Job description

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Uderstand buyer testing manual
  • Follow up testing order; sending testing report to client timely and accuracy
  • Receiving and solving client queries related to test report
  • Deal with complaints regarding to the customer feedback
  • Making worksheet for Laboratory

Job requirement

  • University degree in major in Chemical/Garment/Textile or related field.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English
  • Have working experience in Garment company is referable
  • Good understanding of testing procedure and good problem solving ability
  • Be able to complete job accurately & timely
  • Careful, hardworking, team work spirit and willing to work overtime
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
