Job description

General Description

As a strategic partner and working with relevant stakeholders, you will be accountable to accumulate & provide DATA and information requested by RHO Supplier On-Boarding Team & Customer.
Plan, lead, organize and control all supplier activities ensuring compliance to regulations and ensuring highest level of service availability to operations.

Specific Accountabilities

Work hand in hand with RHO Supplier On-Boarding Team to carry out required agreement pursuance with PVMI Customer’s Suppliers.
Manage to execute Country Specific Agreements.
To accumulate & provide all information and DATA needed by RHO Supplier On-Boarding Team.
To monitor, analysis and share the status of supplier’s shipment, warehouse activities to related stakeholders
Prepare and update all PVMI mandatory Documents, such as Custom Playbook and Shipping Guideline
To provide advises related to country specific business, custom requirements and operations
Manage to validate supplier’s sample shipping documents and carton label
Perform Customer services activities to meet customer demand
Support daily operations

Skills Required

Competent PC and Knowledge Especially of Microsoft.
Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a demanding and customer dynamic working environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
With in-house processes knowledge is preferred
