Job description

Support Head of Accounting Dept to control the day-to-day activities in accounting department

Responsible for reviewing and approve the works of the accounting officers to ensure accurate, timely, and record-keeping in all aspects of accounting

Responsible for reporting to Chief Accountant weekly/monthly/yearly financial reports, tax reports and other management reports

Have good communication and problem solving skill to deliver solution to Management and instruct accounting officers and other departments

Support HOD to prepare monhtly, quaterly, yearly management reports of Companies/Projects in charge; consolidate reports for PMG

Support HOD to collect, summarize annual Budgets, make data analysis to ensure approriate Budgets submitted by other Deparments/Projecst

Support HOD to set up Accounting for new projects: Payment procedures, Chart of Accounts, report templates….

Advising and assisting the Head of Department in organizing and managing the performance of the functions and duties of the department as assigned by the Head of the Department, ensuring compliance with the law and the Charter, regulations, regulations and professional procedures.

Advise and propose to the Head of Department on training, coaching, evaluation, reward and discipline of the personnel they directly

Report timely and fully the tasks and work to the Head of Department within the assigned scope.

Manage, assign work, direct, check, supervise and evaluate the work performance of the employees under their responsibility.

Other tasks required by Management

Job requirement

Working Time: 8:00am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri;

Working overtime is available in accordance with the working demand or request from the Manager

Working equipment: one laptop/desktop, 01 telephone with a specific extention line, and 01 email account

Experience: 3-5
