Job description

Ensure all administrative functions of Store Operation are performed well and maintaining the standard service level agreement.

1. Support and consolidate all the non-merchandise requisitions for stores (all the Purchase Order for Non Merchandise).

2. Be in charge of non-merchandising orders serving store facility and operation

3. Control & monitor the service delivery of third party and vendors

4. Be contact point and coordinate with the building/mall management on the operation related issues and maintain store facilities & equipment

5. Handle, monitor and grant the approval for all the works order for all project maintenance issues

6. Be responsible for all stores in Hanoi for General Service area.

7. Store Opening support.

8. Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Job requirement

  • College/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related major.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in General Affair/ Operation or Customer Service in retail, supermarket, building management.
  • Good command in English & communication skills.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have a good interpersonal skills, self-initiated and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work as rotate shift in the store.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very energetic and flexible work schedule, strong customer service oriented.
