Job description

1. Check and consolidate planning/forecasting/business result data from Operation companies and functional departments.

2. Work closely with other finance teammates to ensure accurate financial and management reporting.

3. Prepare the financial performance report and financial analysis on periodical basis to BOM and Shareholders/ Investors.

4. Analyze the trend of KPIs, especially relating to financial metrics.

5. Apply an analytical approach to influence decision-making and provide stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance proposals to achieve target objectives.

6. Evaluate new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their value.

7. Support in monitoring and reporting on selected functions: project cost, restructure, due diligence, M&A and ad-hoc business performance reporting.

8. Support in defining system, process and procedure improvements.

9. Other ad-hoc tasks required by Line manager.

Job requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same position.
  • Experience in consolidating different business operating financial accounting data.
  • Experience in FMCG/ Media/ Communication/ Auditing industry a plus.
  • English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, careful & honest.
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting both verbal and written.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint…) with advance in Excel
