Job description

Monitor daily POSs networks performance/utilization and ensure the uptime for all networks
Monitor, evaluate and solve potential network performance issues
Manage infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems.
Troubleshoots company’s network failures along with telecommunication provider and network vendors
Monitor and ensure that all network fault cases are resolved timely and meet performance SLA on MTTR, availability and QoS
Analyse and audit the network from time to time to optimize the network in terms of speed and stability
Develop and maintain good documentation related to the installation, administration and maintenance of network infrastructure
Keep track and plan for all IP addresses usage.
Prepare monthly network analysis/performance reports to management
To assist in the planning, design, documentation and implementation on the network infrastructure and network equipment
Ensure WAN Availability of POSes, Partners uptime at 99%
Ensure network uptime 99% at PDC & DRC
Coordinate with Call Center, IT vendor and Telco vendor do check, troubleshooting to fix WAN at Datacenters, POSes
Support IT Project Team regarding IT Network Infrastructure requirement
Ensure companys Logical and physical network diagram, IP Address planning and Document are up-to-date
Other tasks as assigned by direct manager

Bachelor degree inIT / Network / Telecommunicationor relevant
At least 3 to 4years of experience in the related fields
Professional certificate like CCNPor equivalent cert will be preferred
Have strong knowledge in TCP/IP network protocol, WAN, LAN, DMVPN, VPN, and etc
Have hands-on experience with network diagnosis, troubleshooting, configuration and problem resolution
Have strong knowledge in services provided by vendors such as: FTTH, 3G, Leasedlines, …
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Great level support, communication and collaboration skills
English is a plus
