Job description

  • Monitor and supervise the operation of the system to ensure that it is always stable.
  • Find and coordinate the resolution of incidents that occur during system operation.
  • Perform regular system operation checks and reports.
  • Install, upgrade, and expand software, services, and systems.
  • Research and propose technologies and technical solutions to improve system performance.
  • Install operating systems and provide IT technical support to users.
  • Manage, control, and install software and machinery for the system.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.
