Job description

We are looking Talent for LEAN Trainee who will have great chance to learn and explore their potential. Detail as following:

  • English to Vietnamese Translation support to Senior Executive - Lean Manufacturing in day-to-day communication with shopfloor Team Leaders and during the training courses of Lean Manufacturing (MOS)
  • Assist with written and verbal communication related to announcements (business updates, incentive scheme revisions and updates, HR policies and procedures, etc.)
  • Facilitating for the training courses for Team Leader/Group Leader and other relevant parties regarding to Lean Manufacturing Program
  • Support with shopfloor system (internal system) about data analysis; timely and accurate reporting
  • Communicate effectively with all employees
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders

Job requirement

Management Trainee Requirement & Qualifications:

  • New graduated from University with background of English/ Data Analysis ...
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, open-minded
  • Good at Computer skill & English (document translation & communication)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong multitasking skills
