Job description

1. Safety

  • Responsible of LOTO and Machine safety standard.
  • Do the SMAT, OSA, EMAT every month.
  • Join in fire fighting activity of plant.

2. Maintenance

Lead maintenance team to do PM and AM (reliability pillar) for all equipment. Implement and up to date Reliability pillar board.

  • Trouble shoot all breakdown by EWO and WCM tools.
  • KPI tracking and report weekly, monthly, and yearly.
  • Provide technical support for maintenance, PQC and production team in correlation with the technical strategy.
  • In the operational phase, Maintenance Supervisor will planning and emplement the maintenance plan regarding the operation at the best technical parameters of the equipment, will ensure the operation of Electrical, Mechanical and Mold systems at the technical parameters established and will ensure the maintenance of all equipment in factory.
  • Provide and do the equipment improvement for safety, quality, and productivities.
  • Install new line and equipment.

3. Expense:

  • Control maintenance expence in budget monthly and yearly

4. People development

  • Buil competency framework and training plan for direct report.

Job requirement

1. Education :Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing

2. Experience :At least 2 to 3 years of working experience of the following:

  • Maintenance field in foreign companies.
  • Design machine parts, tamping die parts and die set.
  • Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Working with AC servo motor and SCADA system.
  • Experience in roll forming is an advantage

3. Knowledge :

  • Dimension tolerance, surface finishing.
  • Basic knowledge in automation
  • Transmission components
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic system
  • Motor/gear box/coupling
  • WCM knowledge is an advantage

4. Others:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are required.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D, Inventor/Solidworks
  • Good in presentation skill
  • Good at English
