Job description

  • Complete equipment documents
  • Compile and revise machine maintenance documents
  • Implement preventive maintenance plan and action.
  • Monitor daily check for key machine.
  • Prepare spare parts requisition plan.
  • Carry out maintenance training.
  • Summarize machine failure record and analyse.
  • Track new machine installation and acceptance.

Job requirement

  • At least 2 years maintenance experience and graduated from Automation major
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance concept and action
  • Familiar with electrical control and hydraulic control, pneumatic control
  • Have an excellent communication ability and executive ability
  • Good at PLCSiemens (Can program PLC is prefer)
  • Maintenance Audit document awareness
