JOB OVERVIEW
The Project Coordinator will join the ShedPro team and report directly to the Project Manager/Product Director. ShedPro has been a major focus for Seadev over the past three years, with a mission to develop cutting-edge sales and lead generation products catered specifically to shed builders, manufacturers, and dealers in the North American market.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the product development team, the US-based Account Manager, and our valued ShedPro clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the clients business models thoroughly, gain in-depth knowledge of all ShedPro features, and utilize this understanding to set up, maintain, and expand client accounts successfully.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Account Setup and Maintenance:
• Collaborate with the US-based Account Manager to complete the setup and onboarding process for new ShedPro clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
• Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.
• Address and resolve any technical or operational issues/requests raised by clients, escalating critical matters to the appropriate teams as needed.


2. Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for ShedPro clients during the maintenance phase and establish strong professional relationships with them.
• Understand clients business models, needs, and objectives to tailor ShedPro solutions that align with their requirements.
• Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback to enhance the client experience.


3. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the US-based Account Manager to devise effective strategies and plans for client onboarding process as well as account growth and retention.
• Liaise with the product development team to stay up-to-date with ShedPros latest features, enhancements, and updates.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the product development team and the Account Manager to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.


4. Product Knowledge and Training:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of ShedPros features, functionalities, and applications.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on ShedPros usage and best practices to maximize their benefits from the product.


5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on client account performance, milestones, and potential growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project updates.

Job requirement

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
• Native speaker of Vietnamese,fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, reading)
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Account Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the software/technology industry.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Friendly, personable, goals-driven, and customer-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
