Quality & EHS Manager

*** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:
- Quality responsible for understanding customer expectations. Monitoring and evaluating Supplier product quality, internal production processes, Final product quality, achieving high customer satisfaction levels, by ensuring all the parts and process meets required quality standards consistently. Together with his team, developing and implementing quality control processes and tests, inspecting products at various stages, reporting, implementing sustainable corrective actions and controlling overall quality costs.
- EHS responsible for implementing policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Understanding the EHS policies, Develops and implements inspection procedures and schedule for routine inspections & Audits. Develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and waste management processes.
As a Quality & EHS manager it is must to have thorough and observant with an eye for detail.

*** Essential Functions:
* Quality:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and developing effective quality control plans for C2C and NPT machines and monitoring the processes for IQC, IPQC and OQC.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products in production process. equipment
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Producing statistical re-ports on quality standards
- Providing necessary training to production team to achieve the quality standards.
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
- Inspecting and eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons with 8D actions for the problems.
- Conducting vendor audits for existing vendors and during new supplier development.
- Representing management during QEHS audits.
* EHS:
- Adhere EHS policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections and audits.
- Conducting audit to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Developing and monitoring health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
- Monitors compliance with safety procedures. Monitoring compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.
- Maintains records on Employee exposure to hazardous waste and pollutants with necessary actions in place.
- EHS team together with Facilities team to ensure that Production and Factory changes results in improved controls of risks to health, safety, and the environment.
- Focus on Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Safety, Hazardous Waste, Environmental, Ergonomics to ensure a safe workplace.
- Analysis incident trends and use risk-assessment methods to identify continuous improvement projects that reduce injury, illness, and environmental impact events.
- Investigating Accidents. Facilitate incident investigations from Learning and ensuring that preventative actions are in place.
- Forming EHS core committee. Coach, Mentor, and support other EHS team members.
