Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Training Manager to join our fast-growing medical laboratory company, Diag. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving sales success through effective training strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement sales training programs that align with the companys sales objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and priorities for the sales team.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and sales playbooks, to support the training programs.
- Conduct onboarding training for new sales team members, ensuring they have a solid foundation of product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Deliver ongoing sales training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and tools.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to help them improve their sales skills and achieve their targets.
- Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sales techniques, incorporating relevant information into the training programs.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and address specific training needs or performance gaps within the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Evaluate and recommend training platforms and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales training programs.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure that sales training programs are aligned with customer needs and market demands.
- Travel to different locations as needed to deliver in-person training sessions and provide on-site coaching to the sales team.

Job requirement

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Training Manager or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical laboratory industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and train individuals at various levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using instructional technology and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
