Job description

Position: SAP FICO SPECIALIST

  • Reporting line: Head of Department and Team Manager
  • Working location: CJ Vina Agri - Head Office (Highway 1A, My Yen Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An): around 4km from Binh Chanh Market, HCMC and around 30-40 minutes from HCMC downtown by company shuttle bus (District 7 route, District 10 route, Tan Phu District - Binh Tan District route).

JOB DESCRIPTION

1/ SAP-FICO closing and SAP works

  • Perform closing steps for CO module.
  • Check / set rules / explain the result for closing, new setting up in SAP, join and build new process.

2/ Internal audit

  • Join yearly K-SOX auditing.
  • Establish, implement and administrate internal audit/internal control policies, procedures and programs.
  • Co-ordinate with all departments in developing, reviewing the processes to enhance the internal control, improve operations activities effectively and efficiently, ensure the compliance with laws, regulations and internal rules.
  • Assists the Internal Audit Senior Manager in the development of the annual Internal Audit plan.
  • Perform operational internal control activities and provide recommendation and improvement to increase control effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports that reflect audit’s results.

3/ Others

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks/ one-time assignments from Team Manager and BODs.

Job requirement

– Education: University, major in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing.

– At least 5 years of relevant working experience in management accounting.

–Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

–Experience in SAP-FICO module.

–Be good at reporting skills and excellent in Microsoft Excel.

– Good at written and verbal English communication skills.

– Have knowledge other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI) is a plus.

– High standards of professionalism and integrity.
