Job description

- Work cross-functionally with other departments on Quality activities such as reviewing various documents, protocols, qualifications and/or reports related to Quality Management Systems

- Evaluate Validation documentation and procedures to increase efficiency while maintaining regulatory requirements.

- Organize, store records, related documents.

- Update documents from departments, sections to review, edit accordingly to ISO 9001.

- Guide departments and divisions to apply the Quality Management System, including: application of processes, work instructions, forms.

- Checking and supervising departments, sections implementing processes, instructions, forms.

- Receive information, handle and monitor corrective actions for non-conformities arising throughout the Company.

- Prevent problems happen in shop floor by using FMEA & PCP tool

- Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality of products and/or services

Job requirement

- Over 4 year experience in QMS

- Strong in ISO 9001, Knowledge in IATF 16949 is preferable

- Fluent in English

- Bachelor degree with Technical background, Industrial Management or related.

- Good experience in area of production, planning and quality system.

- Systematic and logical approach.

- Good composing documentation skills.

- Strong at Word and Excel application.

Work time: Monday to Friday (Sat, Sun off)

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00-16:30
  • Friday: 7:00-15:30

Working place: Road No. 10, Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Long Thanh, Dong Nai
Support shuttle bus from Bien Hoa, HCMC
