Job description

Writing: write both short form and long form copy for offline and online channels.
Content creation: support the marketing department by creating a wide variety of content – blogs, videos, Facebook ads, digital ads, SEO articles, storytelling.
Developing engaging social media strategies.
Managing social media platforms of IDOCEAN and Lúave.
Scheduling social media posts.
Engaging followers with regular company updates.
Responding to the comments on social media on time.
Co-creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
Analyzing social media trends.
Preparing social media engagement and activity reports.
Optimizing social media content effectively.
Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.

Thorough understanding of key social platform/media KPIs and content analytics tool.
At least +1 year experienced of content marketing, writing and/or editorial experience. Preferably working in FnB.
Comfortable using English, especially in writing, reading and communication skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred.
A keen eye for details.
Passionate about the F&B industry.
