Job description

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our employee value proposition and inspiring candidates to apply for positions and accept opportunities
Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes from aligned requirements with stakeholders by understanding their recruitment needs, consulting on recruitment strategies and providing professional support throughout the hiring process
Execute a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch-points
Sourcing effective recruitment channels, preparing job advertisements and selecting reliable agency
Provide candidate active search via various channels (social media, job board CV search, referrals and market research)
Screening applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment and interviews with the hiring managers, negotiate and extend offer to candidates
Conduct market benchmark and candidate research and create recruitment statistics reports
Support global HR team in implementing TA strategy to align direction
Partner with HR Specialist in global HR projects and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Bachelor degree or above (Human Resources Management is preferred)
At least 3 years’ experience in mass recruitment with proven track record
Experience in financial service or telecommunication industry is highly preferred
Strong attention to details, time management and good communication skills
Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and good team player
Flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken & written English
Immediate available is highly preferred
