Buzzebees is a leading loyalty and gamification solutions provider headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Our innovative solutions help hundreds of businesses of all sizes increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. As we continue to expand our business in Southeast Asia, we are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business in Vietnam.

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making introduction calls to potential B2B customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in telesales, be results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B customers in Vietnam to introduce Buzzebees loyalty solutions, point systems, and gamification offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by providing excellent customer service and following up on inquiries.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call and appointment quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.

Job requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and quotas.
  • Experience working with a loyalty or mar tech system.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
