EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually in our member schools, including K-12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.

EQuest is looking for potential candidates for the position of C&B Manager with the following details:

  • Responsible for the administration and delivery of total rewards programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining talents.
  • Partner with internal clients to design and implement compensation, benefits and total rewards programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results.
  • Ensures compensation programs; improves existing/develops new processes and service delivery standards.
  • Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
  • Performs labor issues or labor disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements.
  • Leads the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
  • Participating in new projects of the People and Culture Division: job hierarchies, re- organizations, Competency Framework etc.

Education, Training level:

  • Graduated from University major in HR/Law or other related majors.

Experiences and skills:

  • More than 5 year of experience as similar position.
  • Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficient in major software. Attention to details.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements.
  • Supervisory/ Management Responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge in HR and related laws.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office skills.
