Descripción del trabajo

1. Cash & Bank
- Process payment by bank transfer
- Record transaction payment in SAP
- Update balance from Bank at the end of day
- Daily payment import tax for Custom Declaration
- Do Cashier and control cash box
- Revaluate cash report
- Prepare actual expenses for each department at month-end
- Prepare payment plan at the beginning of month
- Control forecast data of expenditure
2. Tax
- Do output VAT declaration monthly
3. Other tasks
- Book account payable & check payment
- Other job as required

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related major
- About 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or relevant position. Freshers with good knowledge and attitude are warmly welcomed
- Be proficient at Microsoft Office especially Excel. Experience in SAP system is an advantage
- Good command of English (~TOEIC 650+)
- A team-player who can also work independently, hard-working, honest, strategic thinking and be able to work under high pressure
