- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinate.

- Maximize sales and profitability

- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment

- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service

- Controlling the training and development of your staff

- Weekly reporting about self and team coverage

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Age: 25 - 35years

- Nationality: Vietnamese

- Language: Good at English is required

- At least 3 years in Retail with level Store Manager above (Sport fashion industry is a plus)

- Experience in managing to performance targets desired

- Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives

- Strong personality and leadership.

- Strong determination of KPI achievement

- Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement
