Objective:

To Support the Body and Paint team in administrative duties including the estimation of all body and paint repairs using Porsche standard labor operations.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Support as required Body and Paint team with administrative duties

· Work closely with service consultants to prepare cost estimations when requested

· Consult with body and paint technicians for technical advice regarding vehicle repair requirements

· Prepare vehicle repair estimations using PCSS to gain Porsche standard repair labor operations for all jobs

· Research repair methodology to ensure estimates are accurate and can be completed to Porsche standards

· Work with insurance assessors where required to support service consultants in the approval process

· Work closely with parts team to ensure the corrected required parts can be identified and ordered / reserved

· Ensure that repair quotations are processed and quick and effective manner

· Maintain excellent working relations with internal and external partners

· Advice customers on best repair options where required

· Follow all Porsche dealer policies

Requerimiento de trabajo

· Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
