  • Deeply understand agency channel and other channel data
  • Digital Platforms are online businesses that facilitate commercial interactions
  • Update daily sales and Agency performance to BOD on time
  • Be in charge of maintain sales reports, help to build up & maintain dashboard
  • Support the business with timely and value-adding analysis/report, to support decision, enhance services, enhance system
  • Contribute to develop technical skills for team, support colleagues in daily works
  • Be in charge of contest for Bancassurance, Agency
  • Calculate Incentive, KPI, ATD… for Sales Force
  • Contribute to develop BI Oracle system
  • Partner of various project as DA’s side

    • Requerimiento de trabajo

    • University degree, preferably in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics
    • At least 3years working experience in sales reporting sales analysis, sales planning, preferably in insurance/banking/finance organizations
    • Excellent knowledge on Life insurance, sales management, sales analysis, database management
    • Life Insurance Sales force management
    • Good business acumen
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical, data
    • A team player that nurtures a team work environment
    • Ability to produce results under time restraints
