I. EIT Program

Employee In Training (EIT) Program is one of our long-term strategies for people development of Jabil Vietnam, aiming for fresh graduates with less than 1 year experience. Our mission is to discover and build up future leaders through a resourceful and exciting training roadmap, where talents are guided to thrive on the business challenges.

II. Job Description

  • Enhance the capabilities of the Quality Assurance Department by providing technical and administrative support to the engineering group in improving quality and yield of the products.
  • Yield Analysis and Process Support - Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions.
  • Customer Corrective Action Support - Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis. Communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions.

Requerimiento de trabajo

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferable Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1year of working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with GPA > 7.0/10 is preferable.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
