Job Description:
- Document control: receiving dossiers within D&E division and coding & delivering to relevant team
- Translation and check the accuracy of documents before submitting for signature
- Filing & record project documents: Organize and record documents & data in two forms, softcopy and hardcopy
- Support to take meeting minutes as required (weekly)
- Make the petty cash payment for Engineering team
- Other admin tasks: such as photocopy, notarize documents, ordering stationery, buy PPEs and software for division

Requerimiento de trabajo

Requirement:
- University Degree in Economics, English language, technical.., preferably have certificates related to clerical work, recording document, project management.
- From 4-6 years experience with 3 years of experience in the field of document management, administrative work for Construction projects.
- Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Proficient in office computer skills, use frequently office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, ...
- Knowledge of office document management, administrative management at construction sites...
