RESPONSIBILITIES
The Illustrator will cooperate and communicate closely with Engineering Department in the Home Office located in America to implement projects and provide supporting duties by:
MAIN TASK
• Create the line-art 2D/3D illustrations, technical bulletins, and flyers for products of Simpson Strong-Tie Company.
• Receive requests from US customers, clarify, schedule projects, communicate, and deliver the final documents to the customers via email.
• Communicate clearly and timely with all members of the team.
• Proactively collaborate with team leader and peers to develop and maintain the working process, CEI system, graphic library, and training documents.

Requerimiento de trabajo

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Ability to read and comprehend in English (at least TOEIC 550 or equivalent)
• Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Illustrator (mandatory), Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
