Descripción del trabajo

-Follow up and negotiating with suppliersto have the competitive pricesto ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

-Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers

-Monitoring and updating to team the updated and new regulations, policies on customs procedure, HS code, import duty and taxes.

-Preparation the customs procedure document and work with forwarder/ shipping line to get the best price.

-Costing and prepare a quotation for salesmen

-Prepare all related document to satisfy customer requirement if needed

-Other tasks assigned by Director/Manager

Requerimiento de trabajo

-Graduate from university/ college with major: International Business, Import Export Administration.

-At least 1 years experienced in import export/ customs clearance/ purchasing

-Knowledge on regulation about import-export/logistics

-Good at communication and negotiation skills

-Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated,responsive and detail minded

-Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

-Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

-Intermediatecommand of written and spoken English.Chines is a plus

-Literate in Microsoft office programs
