Descripción del trabajo

  • Directly communicate/cooperate with adidas Innovation team in assigned specific project (footwear technologies: materials/ tooling/ processes).
  • Build, delivery project timeline to related team (materials/ upper pattern engineers/ bottom engineers /prototyping lines) and manage all prototypes are delivered to HQ on time for ISO meeting/specific.
  • Directly work with suppliers/subcontractors for innovation requests.
  • Collect/check/track all opened upper/bottom tooling list/cost of project.
  • Order/Check/track/collect the left over cost of projects.
  • Receive order/report directly from/to Innovation Project Manager.
  • Be aware of working in highly confidential area.

    • Requerimiento de trabajo

  • College or Bachelor degree. Preferred Footwear Industrial and/or product engineering majors.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Footwear industrial in technical or product creation.
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing. .
  • Understood of footwear manufacturing including pattern engineering, CAD, mold making process, material processing, testing, QA/QC.
  • Good management and problem-solving skills.
  • Team work.
  • Ability to work under high pressure
