Overview of duties:To be in charge of technical development initiatives and drive innovation across the organization to spearhead new technologies, methodologies, and processes that align with Eurofins business objectives.

General duties:

1. Innovation:

  • Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with Eurofins business goals.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the organization.

2. Technical Development:

  • Oversee the technical development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to drive the development of new testing methodologies and technologies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into Eurofins operations.

3. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Research and Development, Operations, and Sales, to ensure seamless implementation of technical advancements.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to enhance Eurofins technical capabilities.

4. Resource Management:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of scientists, engineers, and other technical professionals.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all technical developments meet Eurofins quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for technical innovations.

6. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and regulatory changes affecting Eurofins technical landscape.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • 1-2 year in testing lab
  • Strong understanding of laboratory testing, diagnostics, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Eurofins operations.
  • At least Master degree in Organic chemistry
  • English fluently in 4 skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical development efforts with business objectives.
