Descripción del trabajo

· Together with R&D, Quality Manufacturing, Purchasing to follow/ monitor the situation of development component of new models & solving problems

· Manage, analyze and solve for problems of trial assembly for new model

· Monitor the problem was discovered during the test run of the R&D department and solve problems if that problem be defined responsibility by R&D

· Make the Vehicle Inspection Rule (VIR) for new models

· Manage task force of new model for solving problems which happen with customers bike with first 6 months from launching selling new product

· Other job be assigned by managers

Requerimiento de trabajo

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and electronics.

· About 1 year of experience in automotive or similar fields preferred.

· Good interpersonal skillswith can-do attitude.

· Good Englishreading and writing.

· Good skills in communicationwith both internal and external organizations.

· Problem solving skills arerequired.

· Able to read and understand drawing of product preferred.

· Able to use Excel and Powerpoint, advanced level preferred.

·Honest, proactive, teamwork, can-do attitude and willing to learn, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
