Logistics Senior Associate to provide superior customer service, ensure timely ordering and shipping of products. S/he will prepare documents for customs, and assist on all local and overseas orders. The associate reports to the manager, as well as deputy general director, and other departments as needed.

● Prepare export-import documents for customs clearance.

● Customs declaration.

● Arrange container loading and related documentation.

● Assist Logistics and purchasing manager on other import and export duties.

● Update law about import and export, make customs report.

● Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved.

● Other assigned work.

Requerimiento de trabajo

● Male/Female

● B/A degree in foreign trade, business management or related field

● Fluent English in verbal and writing

● At least 3 years working experience in logistic, foreign trading and international shipping.

● Excellent skill of MS office.

● Confident and attention to detail and accuracy

● Ability to work independently and flexibly

● Excellent teamwork skills; organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work

● Creative skills and analytical skills
