DESCRIPTION

In collaboration with other ADM business verticals, gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy on marketing campaigns and strategies to create business synergies, leverage our reach and product understanding to support business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all marketing-related activities for various specie segments and products and services of ADM:

  • Marketing strategy and planning
  • Marketing budgets.
  • Market size and trend analysis.
  • Consumer insights.
  • Branding and its architecture.
  • Brand propositions.
  • Definition of the target audience.
  • W2P & H2W development.
  • Innovation rollouts.
  • Marketing communication campaigns.
  • Digital marketing.
  • Sales enablement materials.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years of Experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding consumer needs.
  • Financial and Commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts.
  • Autonomy, independence, and organizational skills.
  • Cross-cultural mindset.
