Descripción del trabajo

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute a marketing plan that supports sales result-driven.

• Identify target markets and customer segments, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.

3. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating funds to various brand-related marketing channels and campaigns.

• Monitor spending to ensure IT stays within budget and delivers a positive ROI.

• Seek cost-effective marketing solutions without compromising quality.

4. Campaign Development and Execution:

• Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, including messaging, visuals, and content.

• Coordinate the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.

• Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors when necessary.

5. Brand Management:

• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

• Ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s brand direction.

• Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation.

6. Digital Marketing:

• Manage all e-commerce platforms

• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including, social media management, and content marketing.

• Monitor website performance and user experience, making improvements as needed.

7. Advertising and Media Buying:

• Collaborate with advertising agencies to develop compelling ad creatives and media plans.

• Negotiate media buying contracts and partnerships to maximize reach and ROI.

8. Product Launch and Marketing:

• Plan and execute product launches, including defining marketing strategies, target audiences, and messaging.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that promote the product effectively.

9. Product Development & Training

• Establish basic product concept & benchmarking until IT is ready in prototype samples.

• Sales & Promoter Training on the product knowledge & merchandising

• Product display placement guide to entire sales team.

• Develop Product display POSM for the promotional message is delivered.

Requerimiento de trabajo

Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, and related economic disciplines.

Have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar position at an FMCG company or have at least 5 years of experience working in a sales management position at an FMCG company.

Strong customer/commerce marketing background with a leading FMCG company.

Good knowledge of market trends.

Proficient in office IT.

Be proactive when problems arise.

Have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
