Descripción del trabajo

1. Responsible for achieving business objectives and sales targets in the assigned area.
2. Introduce and promote the companys testing parameters to medical institutions at all levels, establish and maintain good relationships with customers according to the annual sales plan and relevant regulations arranged by the regional manager, based on different customer situations.
3. Visit customers daily, coordinate with them, and promptly help solve practical problems.
4. Establish, improve, and update customer files as required by the company; manage customer resources effectively.
5. Visit laboratory doctors and clinical doctors regularly to maintain good contacts; participate in hospital bidding work.
6. Fill out weekly reports on time, report situations and reflect problems; propose corresponding countermeasures suggestions.
7. Collect, organize, report market information and competitor information to ensure communication with superiors and related departments.
8. Responsible for collecting accounts receivable in the corresponding sales area.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time

Requerimiento de trabajo

1.Medical education background. Clinical medical laboratory or pathology related is preferred.

2. IVD working experience is preferred.

3. At least 2 years of experience in the same industry

4.Accept business travel
