Descripción del trabajo

Motor design and support a team in a new product development and an existing product improvement:

  • Follow up product development from initial design stage to mass production release.
  • Review product specification with project teams.
  • Make motor drawings, specifications and BOM.
  • Design review and validation
  • Work with purchasing in component sourcing and validation
  • Conduct product cost analysis for new development products
  • Conduct cost reduction program for existing products
  • Coordinate with program teams to monitor new project development.

    • Requerimiento de trabajo

    • Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or other related Engineering discipline or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in project follow up in the engineering industry. Working in power tools field is an advantage.
    • Experience in motor design & manufacturing process, BLDC is preferred.
    • Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, CAD.
    • Familiar with application for safety approval such as UL, CSA, CE, BS, SAA.
    • Good level of written English, with CET-4 or above is an advantage.
    • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.
