Job Description:

· Manage the full digital marketing function and associated platforms

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns in coordination with sales and product teams

· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media ads (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo), SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.

· Research and develop promotional plans and support company website, Facebook, Google, and Zalo to achieve expected outcomes.

· Work with marketing team for development of marketing materials suitable for advertisement

· Work with top management and senior marketing members to assist in brand image transformation and other marketing functions.

· Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand

· Responsible for setting up, optimizing paid ad, content/visual idea across digital channels (especially Facebook Lead generation)

· Work closely with content & creative team/agencies to generate ideas and prepare materials for Digital Communication

· Prepare analytical and descriptive reports and work processes to support the growth of digital campaigns

· Assist in other administration tasks as needed

· All other tasks as assigned

Requerimiento de trabajo

Requirements:

· At least 1 - 3 years of experience in digital media/digital marketing/digital optimization (working experience in agency is an advantage)

· Experience in Google analytics, Facebook Ads, Zalo Business (required)

· Strong numerical, logical thinking and detail-oriented.

· Being solutions-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges

· Good in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

· BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related majors.

· Good English skills in both writing and speaking.
