Summary:
- Location: Ha Noi (the office is at Dich Vong, Cau Giay)
- Subordinates: 11

Job Description:
1. Tax management and other local authoritys requirement
- Handle all documents and reports related to VAT, PIT, usage of invoice/PXKKVCNB, other documents submitted to Tax authority (Note: HCM Tax Team perform reviewing all report relevant to Tax before submission to local Tax authority)
- Review reconciliation reports vs GL/TB for Tax audit preparation at Branch
- Dealing with external authorities to resolve issues and concerns from local authorities
- Other local authoritys regular and ad-hoc requirement (e.g statistic and statutory reports, Business operation report to the foreign-invested enterprise)

2. Order to cash (OTC)
- AR management and review the reports related to OTC process at the branch
- Handle and follow steps related to final AR reconciliation minutes for Customer liquidation process
- Fieldwork with sales team for Trade visit (if required) for business insight purpose
- Review and track Borrowing stock, FOC/Sample/gift process

3. Source to pay (STP)
- Review and approve employee expense claims (CTE) on daily basis, provide guidance to the employees, and update policy/relevant instruction to all staffs at branch
- Cash count management

4. Record to report (RTR)
- Review and approve transactions related to goods exchange, goods return processes
- Conduct Fixed Assets physical verification, Warehouse stock count
- Support RTR R1 in HCMC during the peak time of month-end close to ensure corporate reporting submission timely"

5. Trade support tasks
- Support to review DA stock count led by Trade Spend Control team: Review and verify data/report related to DA stock count executed by vendor quarterly and send final reports to TSC team.

6. Internal Control support tasks
- DA audit process (if required by Internal Control team)

7. Continuous improvement of Branch process
Review Branchs process and procedure to propose the necessary changes and improvements to meet efficiency

8. Talent Management
- Supervise and manage team of 11 members
- Coaching and people development
- Build up talent pipeline and successor

9. Other tasks as assigned

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Chief Accountant Certificate is required
- 5 years of experience in accounting, 2 years of management (same size)
- Experience in trading companies, prefer MNCs
- Detailed, careful, hard-working
- English proficiency
- Familiar with accounting system
