Descripción del trabajo

  • Receive group information from sales staff, then divide and assign to OPE to be in direct charge.
  • Know all information and characteristics of the OPE team to advise customers based on previous agreements of sales and customers; Handling and support when problems arise.
  • Work directly with customers and head office teams.
  • Reminding of deadlines, keeping track of delegations and promptly capturing changes arising in the process of working with customers or with the head office team.
  • Receive customer complaints after the delegation returns to list the information that needs to be handled to ensure the same problems do not repeat and send weekly and monthly reports to the head office.
  • Manage other tasks of OPE, discuss details during interview.


Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Priority is given to tourism management, marketing or related majors.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, good communication skills in English; customer-oriented thinking and problem-solving; the will to learn; High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of European travel.
  • Handle problems or unexpected tasks assigned.
  • 5 years experience in similar position.
  • Good conversational English.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office.
