Descripción del trabajo

  • Research, commission, and validate new equipment or modify existing equipment to prototype new electrode manufacturing methods and formats.
  • Analyze production to increase manufacturing uptime, availability, and reliability metrics-yield, OEE, cycle time, quality and investigate bottlenecks to identify root cause and countermeasure to maximize throughput.
  • Conduct a root cause analysis through process and equipment expertise, correlate with upstream/downstream processes.
  • Troubleshoot and recover processes by PLC, HMI, or tool management software, and implement changes/improvements.
  • Manage the documentation including machine and process specifications, drawings, BOM, spare parts, PFMEA, control plan, process flow chart.
  • Assist in all industrialization activities, providing guidance and instruction to electrode manufacturing process.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends from technical reports and documentation

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
  • 8+ years’ relevant experience in process engineering.
  • Experienced in Advance Energy Solution industry, especially electrode process.
  • Experience with cell line product team set up, can enhance team cohesion and employee enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast faced environment.
