We are looking for a commercial Product Planner who will fully in charge of 3 SBUs Light commercial AC (Skyair), Commercial (VRV) and Industrial AC (Packaged).
- Responsible for communicating with stakeholders including customers, business managers, and the R&D team to make sure the product line-up and features are aligned with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Create a product roadmap which is a visual summary to outlines the direction for the product offering in 1-3 years
- Work closely with R & D during the development time of product.
- Get feedback from Dealer, sale man about the market, the customer concerns points, hearing about new and existing products… for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market surveys for understanding and anticipating the customer’s needs and collecting information and analysis.
- Write product requests including required request’s background, specification, estimate the sale quantity of model in next 1-3 years and any regulations related.
- Study competitors : new product, specification comparison, price ...
- Conduct the Testing products if needed
- Involve in product launch
- Internal Product training for related departments
- Collaboration with other departments such as Sale, Technical support, Service...
- Contact point with R & D at Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia about commercial products.
- Support other things related to commercial products

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Engineer of HVAC background. Experience in HVAC more than 2 years
- English communication ability (speaking and writing)
- Curious mindset.
- Customer centric mindset.
- Willing to learn.
- Good listening.
- Good communication.
- Clear presentation and MS excel skill.
- Willing to travel
