***COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

YUJIN KREVES Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. We are looking for young talented and active employees who are willing to take on new challenges and leadership opportunities to upgrade their career.

***ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

In charge of managing 1 production process and manpower.

***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for setting up working process (building system from beginning).
  • Responsible for managing and training manpower.
  • Manage sub-leadership and manpower for starting 2 shifts and full production.
  • Responsible for production functions and activities in meeting productivity, yield, quality and cost targets.
  • Monitor day-to-day production achievement, efficiency, wastage and utilization.
  • Process capability study, analysis and implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that materials are available to run operation accordance to plan.
  • Timely follow-up on the operation status, output and delivery.
  • Ensure the equipment and machines for optimum operations.
  • Work closely with Quality Department to monitor and improve product quality.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Around 5 years of production management experience in manufacturing environment, including 2+ years at managerial positions.
  • A team player with self-motivated, result orientated and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and computer skills.
  • Some English communication.
  • Should be willing to work in a tough, challenging environment who wants to take on a new challenge to step up in career.
