Descripción del trabajo

  • Control packing/processing lines to align with production plan and achieve output targets.
  • Effectively manage high-speed bag lines and flexible packaging lines with multiple changeovers;
  • Ensuring that all procedures are followed properly in full compliance with Plant, and Safety standards;
  • Follow shipment plan closely;
  • Manage daily schedule working with Planner and Maintenance to effectively coordinate the optimum workflow of lines;
  • Training employees and ensure labor safety;
  • Ability to supervise people and achieve results

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Work on shift
  • Diploma/University degree: Technology in food/ chemical/ mechanical/ production
  • 2 years of experience working in a packaging/processing operation preferred
  • Good supervision skills.
  • Well English communication
  • Good knowledge in quality standards HACCP, ISO
