Descripción del trabajo

Participate in internal audit and external audit of customers and 3rd parties.

Prepare documents and review the process content for ISO 9001- ISO 14001- ISO 45001 audit.

Update processes-regulations in accordance with the factorys quality system and customer standards.

Get information complaint, claim from the customer and send the customer action plan

Synthesize and analyze internal reports and Customer reports periodically

Follow up production plans and send quality inspection schedules: inline, final special branches or special orders.

Send samples and accessories to a 3rd party for CPSIA test.

Upload the test results to the COC system for each branch and send reports to the import and export department for export procedures.

Planning and preparing documents follow internal training schedule.

Synthesize training results, training evaluation, complete training documents.

Make a plan and follow up devices that need to be calibrated of QA’s department.

Update internal and external device calibration records.

Suggest repair or replace new equipment when damaged, need more equipment to serve production.

Make a plan and prepare documents, sample, relate records to assess the capacity of the lab periodically every year for each customer.

Follow up and update Manual of each customer.

Share information to relevant departments.

Support to set mock up standards of CTQ.

Update quality department personnel and organizational chart when there is a change.

Order form, stationery for the quality department.

Participate in supporting arising projects related to the department.

Make reports that arise as required by management.

Requerimiento de trabajo

College and university degrees, majoring in garment engineering, fashion design and business administration

Microsolf office certificate.

English communication certificate

To requires at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
