MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Building and setting Quality Manager System for company follow IATF 16949:2016.
  • Supervise the implementation of the quality system in the company
  • Make plans and reports on products quality inspection.
  • Evaluation KPI for all staff and all Department System management of company.
  • Supervise/ control/ oversee QA/QC part’s processes, staff and performance.
  • Review the implementation and the efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Advise the Board of Directors on solutions to effectively control the quality of products
  • Make sure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
  • Maintain and improve product quality by completing products, quality system and surveillance audits, investigating customer complaints…
  • Monitor risk management activities. Responsible for document management systems.
  • Organize periodical reviews and improvements. Manage other activities of the Quality Management group. Cost Control of department.
  • Setup Quality management system (QMS). Analyses data to identify areas for improving in the quality system. Set Quality objectives and ensure those targets are achieved.

Requerimiento de trabajo

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • At least 3 years or above solid experience in QA/QC;
  • Experience in Wire Harness/Electronic manufacturing
  • Experience in handling customers claim
  • English communication
