Descripción del trabajo
- Organize 8D report to define rootcause and action plan for customer complaint.
- Follow 8D report action plan and check effectiveness of action before closing customer complaint on SAP system.
- Escalate to management team especially QA Manager in case action of complaint not in place and not effective.
- Customer audit onsite and participate to find root cause analysis of findings from customers.
- Quality planning regarding new product types and transferred products.
- Take responsibility for quality improvement projects from AP direction.
- Cooperate with Quality Customer in handling customer complaints.
- Support Q Segment in Intercompany complaint and verify action plan.
- APQP tracking and reporting per request together with project team.
- Customer PPAP follow up from beginning to end according to QA projects matrix.
- Coordinate and support for customer audit and track the corrective action.
- Support internal and external audit related to quality planning topics.
- Process audit & make report for nonconformity case.
- Requalification test/ Product audit (100%part measurement) as planned.
- Build up control plan and inspection plan for new projects according to QA projects matrix/
- Maintain & update current inspection plan to define the right method to control quality in production lines.
- Coordinator for FMEA meeting with coreteam related to control plan/ inspection plan topic.
- Coordinate with Q Segment for quality direction and improvement activities.
Requerimiento de trabajo
- Bachelor degree-Technical background /Mechanical Engineeringis most preferable
- Good experience in area of production quality, quality planning and quality system with at least 3 years working experience.
- Experience in project management
- Experience in handling customers complaint, process management
- Knowledge and experience in5 core tool (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), QC tools and 5S tool.
- Quality awareness -ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
- Proficient English
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Good computer skills especially MS-Office (advanced Excel)
- Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Minimum 3 year-working experience in manufacturing,ISO 9001 & IATF16949 system, quality production.
- ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Internal auditor certificate are required.
- Being diligent, careful and honest.
- Team working, systematic and logical approach
- Working time: Mon-Fri (8:00-16:30)
