Job Summary

  • Quality System Management
  • Improving continuously
  • Internal/ External Audit
  • Training Program Management

Responsibilities

  • Improving and monitoring QMS in company. Coordinate with relevant dept to investigate root cause and corrective action from customer and manufacturing non-conformance
  • Participate in new projects or training
  • Support Engineering team to translate Tech Spec
  • Implement Internal Audit Program, Bi-weekly audit, coordinate with External Audit and support Supplier audit.
  • Create and update SOP, IP, report, ….
  • Monitoring Quality Report
  • Training new operator and new SOP, IP relevant to Quality
  • Support the training and follow up QC staff’s level

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality management role of manufacturing field
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO 14001, 45001 standards
  • Experience with internal auditing and CAPA activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good at English
