  • Track and confirm all orders with detail information and provide to sales team for arranging shipment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to pick up the parts and collect the information of the shipments after packed.
  • Provide all relevant documents for shipments to Sales team.
  • Support Fowarders to conduct the customs clearance
  • Follow up shipments
  • Input accurately information of all parts shipped into tracking order reports
  • Monthly reports to sales manager for relevant information of shipments
  • Other assignments

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Carefully
  • Good in using MSoffice applications
  • English in writing is required
  • Good in working on excel to issue reports and track the issues.
  • Priority is given to candidates who reside near the company.
