  • Requirements elicitation, analysis and management
  • Work closely with CTO to understand product vision, priority, and roadmap, clarify and manage 3rd party.
  • Develop Portal site related to one the biggest public cloud service in Vietnam.
  • Identify the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution
  • Coordinate with 3rd party and local IT during the implementation to ensure the system delivery meets business requirements.
  • Assist in developing and validating test plans.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by CTO in order to meet operational requirements

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • At least 4years in Business Analyst roles, experience in Infrastructure project is plus.
  • Degree in Information System or related field.
  • Experience in reading, analyzing and solving problems.
  • Good communication (English and Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Being knowledgeable or experienced in an Agile environment, good logical and analytical thinking.
  • Strong design database and SQL language.
  • Good knowledge in IT infrastructure
