Job Summary:

  • Be responsible to transfering new fixture/machine for new project from PRC to VN.
  • Be responsible to improve the fixture/Machine to support production.

Responsibilities:

  • ​New project routing estimation, MVB, Jig, and fixture budget
  • New Project follow up: QB/EB establish and report
  • New project process design and PFMEA.
  • New project Jig and fixture make
  • Work with IE for doc/WI/PM preparation
  • Work with PE team for analysis/ investiagate the failure tools, OQC Finding, ORT failure.
  • ESB/EB/QB/PR trouble shooting
  • New project launch approval
  • Mat CIP (Continues improvement process) follow up
  • New Project Efficiency
  • FRY (First Pass Yield)
  • CIP(Continues Improvement Process) Material

Requerimiento de trabajo

Requirements:

  • University, Major in Mechanical, Mechatronic related.
  • Understand UG / CAD / WORD / EXCEL software, working knowledge
  • At least 3 years working experience in a mechanical / electronics / electrical field
  • Good communication skills in English, knowledge of Chinese is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
