Position: Assistant Manager

Department: Maintenance

Working location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai

Working time : Monday - Saturday

(19 Saturdays off per year ~ 2 Saturdays off per month)

Job Description​

  • Manage maintenance supervisors by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.

  • Improve productivity, NG rate and solving problem in production line;
  • Control spare part, machine and tool fee;
  • Control maintenance plan;
  • Directly contact with foreign expert for technical supporting;
  • Analyze and counteract according to the standards as product requirements of customers;

  • Maintain and improve 5S of the Maintenance area

  • Improving maintenance system.

  • Responsible for other activities assigned by Manager.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree inElectronics Engineering or Mechanic major.
  • Experience in the Position Maintenance Supervisor/ Assistant ManagerAutomotive Industry
  • Passion in studying new electronicscomponents/ machines.
  • Ability to communicate and make report in English
  • TPM/OEE/ISO/IATF/FMEA/8D knowledge is a plus.
  • Reporting skill, Solving problem skill
  • Salary: Negotiation
